This award-winning, play-based curriculum includes everything you need to dive deeper into French—all delivered right to your front door! Truly open and go, the course book lays out lesson goals, materials needed, and scripted dialogues for easy teaching.

Designed for ages 6-12, this level includes 98 lessons that provide a fun yet thorough education in Spanish. In this level, we master getting outside the home and talking to and about others. Your child will begin expressing their thoughts (translation!), get comfortable with verb conjugation and reflexive pronouns, and continue learning French with real-life situations in mind.

Who Is This For?

Level 2 is a continuation of Level 1. The prerequisite is that your student is already speaking with you in French at home—not perfectly, but consistently responding to prompts with common household phrases. If not, please start with Level 1, which ensures students run toward the language, not away from it!

One set of metal verb pins is included, which is enough for the course. However, if multiple students want their own individual set to track their progress, you can purchase additional sets.

This course teaches a generalized French that covers dialects from Europe, although world culture lessons include landmarks and traditions from French-speaking countries around the world.

In this level there are 98 lesssons that give your 6-11 year old a fun but thorough education of French! You'll be learning how to talk to and describe others, express better what you like and how you feel, go through your morning routine in French. As always, it includes lots of cultural songs and experiences that further your French communication along the way!
