You grant Company a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your submissions for any lawful purpose.

Communications sent to us are not confidential unless explicitly agreed in writing. We may use feedback or suggestions without compensation.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, videos, downloads, products, trademarks, and service marks — is owned by Homeschool Languages, LLC or properly licensed third parties.

7. Advertising, Affiliates & Testimonials

We may use affiliate links or advertising. We are not responsible for purchases made through third-party links.

8. Refunds, Payments & Access

8.1 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital products and services.

8.2 Late Payments

Outstanding balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per day beginning 15 days after the due date. After 30 days, accounts may be sent to collections. You agree to pay all collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

8.3 Access Duration

If a product or membership is discontinued, paid users will receive access for at least 90 days or for as long as we support that version of the product, whichever is later. “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product, not the purchaser.

9. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically shipped within 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Risk of loss transfers upon shipment.

  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

  • We may use third-party carriers.

  • Shipping timelines are not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

  • We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

13.1 Arbitration

Except for small claims, intellectual property disputes, or unpaid balances sent to collections, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to a jury trial and class action participation.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Non-arbitrated claims shall be resolved in the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming or state courts in Wyoming.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. General Provisions

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

  • We may assign our rights; you may not assign yours without consent.

  • No third party has rights under these Terms.
